Setting up a padel club involves more than just installing a few courts. You need to find the right business model, anticipate the site’s technical constraints, coordinate the construction work and choose equipment suited to the club’s future operations.

Work & Padel supports project developers, investors, businesses and operators in the creation and development of their padel facilities.

Our approach is based on a comprehensive view of the padel project: funding, preparatory work, the supply and installation of padel courts, followed by the maintenance and monitoring of the facilities.

The aim is simple: to reduce the number of people involved, to anticipate difficulties and to enable each project leader to focus on developing their business.

Every project involves financial considerations, technical constraints and important decisions. Our role is to provide practical solutions that enable our clients to move forward with confidence.

What matters to me is the relationship we build with them. Being available, approachable and continuing to support them long after their club has opened.
