Tailor-made padel courts for holiday clubs
The growth of padel is attracting more and more players in the tourism and leisure sectors, particularly holiday clubs looking to enhance their sports facilities. Belambra, France's leading holiday club, chose Work and Padel to install four padel courts in two of its establishments. Thanks to our expertise in construction and installation, we were able to adapt our solutions to the technical constraints of each site, guaranteeing optimum integration and a quality playing experience for holidaymakers.
Two courts installed on a former basketball pitch
Belambra L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Domaine de Mousquety
At L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, in the heart of the Domaine de Mousquety, Belambra wanted to transform a former basketball court into a space dedicated to padel. To accommodate the two traditional padel courts, we opted for a made-to-measure solution: concrete blocks were laid as foundations to support the structure, thus avoiding major works while guaranteeing perfect stability. This approach meant that installation was quick and efficient, while making the most of the existing space. Today, holidaymakers can enjoy high-quality padel courts that blend seamlessly into the natural, green surroundings of the estate.
Installation on a porous concrete slab
Belambra La Grande Motte, Presqu'île du Ponant
At La Grande Motte, on the Presqu'île du Ponant site, the project required a different approach because of the specific nature of the soil. We therefore built concrete stringers, followed by the laying of a porous concrete slab, guaranteeing optimal drainage and a weather-resistant playing surface. Once the base was ready, we installed two classic padel courts, offering holidaymakers a new, accessible and dynamic sporting activity. Thanks to this solution, Belambra is boosting its appeal and diversifying its sports offer in an exceptional setting, between sea and nature.
